Phase 1 programme confirmed for the Maritime Centre of Excellence (MCE).
Planning approval for the Phase 1 development of the Maritime Centre of Excellence was formally secured earlier this month with the signing of the legal agreement (known as a Section 106) between Southampton City Council, the University, and Lloyd鈥檚 Register. This has allowed the University and Lloyd’s Register to finalise their plans with much greater certainty than has been possible until now.
