The JRG Chairman鈥� Sir Andrew Cubie gave a speech in November 2009 at the annual Institution鈥檚 Meeting outlining the major areas under consideration by the JRG. He also provided information on the agreed timetable鈥� the identified principles and key risks to the funding of USS and outlined some of the changes that were being considered to address the risks facing the scheme.
