A mobile phone recycling event will take place at Highfield campus on Tuesday 11 May 2010 and Thursday 13 May 2010 between 10am and 3pm at the 鈥淩ed Brick Area鈥� outside the main Students Union Building (Building 42).
Collected phones will be passed on to a recycling company who will make a donation to the charity S.C.R.A.T.C.H (Southampton City & Region Action To Combat Hardship) for each phone recycled.
By recycling your phone鈥� you will not only be helping the environment and a charity, but you could also win one of the following prizes:
1st and 2nd Prize 鈥� 8GB Nokia N-95
3rd and 4th Prize – 拢50 and 拢25
5th Prize 鈥� Supermarket Vouchers
Remember to remove your SIM card and erase all personal data from your phone before handing it in for recycling.
