This May is National Walking Month鈥毬燼 great聽opportunity to take to the streets on foot. To make the most of this鈥毬爐he University聽has signed up to the national Walk to Work Week (9鈥�13 May)鈥� run by the charity Living Streets.
Walk to Work Week is about more than just walking to work鈥� so even if you can鈥檛 walk all or part of the way to or from work you can still get involved. There will be lots of challenges to take part in during the Week鈥� from lunchtime walks鈥� to walking meetings鈥� and uploading photos from your walks.
We will be competing against organisations across the country to see who gets the most people walking and who walks the furthest.

Walk to Work Week is on 9-13 May, so get it in your diaries and start thinking of ways that you could walk more during the Week.
