This open evening will give you the opportunity to experience interactive demonstrations of our research in Health Sciences. You will also be able to discuss your ideas for making research relevant to clinical practice‚ find out about Postgraduate and CPD programmes and network with colleagues.
Programme outline –
The demonstrations and discussions will be continuous, so you can drop in at any time:
− Rehabilitation robotics – ARMEO
− Brain stimulation and neurophysiological assessment – TMS and Brainsight
− Biomechanical and neuromechanical assessment of the upper limb
− Web-supported programme of Constraint Induced Therapy – LifeCIT
− Child upper limb prosthetics
− Arthritis research / ring splints
− Haptics – devices to provide sensory feedback
Wine and nibbles will be provided throughout the evening
