The Excel Southampton On Campus Placement Programme call for interest for Faculties and Professional Services to apply to host an undergraduate intern in summer 2012 is now open.
Now in its second year鈥� Excel Southampton provides structured internship opportunities to our students鈥� enabling them to hone key employability skills whilst contributing to the needs of their host department.

Applications should be submitted to placements@soton.ac.uk.
Up to 40 placement opportunities are available and they can run for up to a 12 week period, from Monday 2nd July to Friday 21st September 2012. The Student Centeredness Budget will provide 50 per cent of the student’s overall costs, with the host service or academic department supplying the remaining 50 per cent.
Career Destinations will help facilitate the advertisement and recruitment process and be available during the programme to provide support and mentoring to the interns.
