The University is helping its students get home for Christmas as cheaply as possible by car sharing.
We鈥檙e encouraging students to save themselves money by using www.StudentCarshare.com to get back for the holidays (listed under Southampton University Carshare).
This is a great way to save money, help the environment, and meet new friends on the way home.
Students can either offer a lift, or search for someone who鈥檚 happy to drive in return for a contribution towards the costs.
Adam Tewkesbury, University of Southampton鈥檚 Transport Operations Manager said: 鈥淚鈥檝e been a member since going to university and now in my current job I am still a member.鈥�
