Multidisciplinary Research Week is a programme of activities aimed at showcasing different aspects of multidisciplinary work at the University of Southampton.
Our aim is to integrate perspectives from the arts鈥� humanities and social sciences with methods drawn from mathematics鈥� engineering or the physical sciences to forecast鈥毬燼nticipate or predict the likely behaviour of complex systems (which may be social, natural or engineering systems) and develop appropriate mitigation or intervention strategies.
