A selected group of 36 delegates will gain the opportunity to identify an authentic way of leading by helping them go beyond their immediate workplace pressures. The six-person Stonewall Leadership facilitation team stimulates high-quality, reflective learning that places each individual鈥檚 needs, experiences and goals at the centre of this intensive and highly personalised programme.听
