罢丑别听Southampton Feedback Champions听project aims to discover and share good practice in the delivery and use of feedback by staff and students. We have interviewed over 100 staff and students across all faculties and asked them what feedback practice worked for them.
The outcome of our research is a听, which is dedicated to sharing good feedback practice across the university and promoting a holistic view of feedback as an on-going dialogue.
The website offers tips and advice for students to understand what听feedback is, how they can听recognise it and make the most of it. It also includes a听 (under construction) which will help staff and students discover the many ways in which feedback is given and received at the University.
