The University鈥檚 听are inviting interested staff and students to attend a lunchtime session where you can find out more about their upcoming projects.
The team, which has recently moved into the Strategy, Planning and Analytics department, has grown over the last six months and is now able to take on a听听鈥� from one-hour training sessions, to three-day workshops. The move to Strategy, Planning and Analytics will ensure that the expertise within the team is put to use on the University鈥檚 important strategic projects, and it will also allow the team to be more proactive in identifying processes for improvement.
If you鈥檙e interested in finding out more about this work, you can attend the team鈥檚 new 鈥楨xploring Operational Excellence鈥� lunchtime sessions. 听The first will take place at 13:00听on听22听January 2015听in听34/4007,听Highfield Campus and听will be an introduction to continuous improvement, including 5 Lean principles, Kaizen and improvement cycles.
