Over the Christmas break, staff from all areas of the University have been donating their kitchens to enable Southampton University Players聽(SUP) to present a fundraising production of 聽Alan Ayckbourn鈥檚 award-winning comedy 鈥淎bsurd Person Singular鈥�, at the Nuffield Theatre from 20 – 24 January.
The perfect antidote to the post Christmas blues, Ayckbourn鈥檚 masterpiece of farce peeps behind the kitchen door at parties to observe the 鈥榠deal hosts鈥� as they really are, holding on for dear life, while fortunes change and relationships strain.
