Black and minority ethnic (BME) academics, of any grade, are invited to complete a听听run by听a University research project to understand the experience of BME听leaders in higher education institutions (HEIs).
The project听called 听draws on survey data to provide an overall picture, followed by case study interviews with BME academics in senior decision-making roles.
Research findings will be used to inform HEIs on ways they can help听BME academics progress into senior roles.
This project is a joint collaboration between听听(pictured) and , Faculty Of Business Law and Sport at the University of Winchester.
