Enjoy the enchantment of Christmas on Campus this year. Whether you are about to leave for Christmas or staying in the Halls over the break, there are plenty of festivities to get your Christmas spirit going.
Family Christmas on Campus
After the success of last year鈥檚 event we are delighted to confirm we will again be holding our Family Christmas Event on聽Monday 21 December 产别迟飞别别苍听16.00 鈥� 18.00.聽This event is aimed specifically at families with under 12鈥檚. We will be welcoming Santa to campus, as well as having a variety of children鈥檚 entertainers and again a wonderful fireworks display to close the show.

Christmas in the Halls
Christmas day 鈥� Christmas tea and cake party with traditional Christmas buffet. There will be a mixture of board games and PlayStation 4鈥檚 available for use and a range of Christmas and non-Christmas films. Events聽will start at 8:00pm (9:00pm at Wessex Lane)
Boxing Day 鈥� 鈥淐hill out鈥� film night with popcorn and snacks. Events聽will start at 8:00pm (9:00pm at Wessex Lane).
- Archers Road will be showing 鈥業nside Out鈥� in the St Margaret鈥檚 Common room
- EP will be showing 鈥楬ome Alone鈥� 1 and 2 in the common room
- Wessex Lane will be showing 鈥楬ome alone鈥� in the SCR
- Glen Eyre will be showing 鈥楳ission Impossible: Rogue Nation鈥� in the PDR room.
- Mayflower will be showing 鈥楾he Man from U.N.C.L.E鈥� in the common room.
- City Gateway will be holding an international themed night with students being asked to cook traditional dishes and bring them along to the party.
New Year鈥檚 Day 鈥� The Big RESSUP Quiz of the Year. This is a topical quiz based on the idea of the TV show 鈥楾he Big Fat Quiz of the Year鈥�. Rounds will be organised by the month of the year and include questions relating to news items, popular culture and sport. The quiz will be held at Wessex Lane, City Gateway, Mayflower and Glen Eyre.
New Year鈥檚 Eve 鈥� New Year鈥檚 Eve tea and cake party, watch the countdown on the TV and ring in the New Year with Residences Support. Board games, play stations and films will be available for聽you to use.
