An interdisciplinary Southampton research team is celebrating after securing聽拢10m in funding from the National Institite for Health Research, for their work on聽the innovative聽LifeGuide programme.

In addition, the LifeGuide team were聽invited by the聽Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) to exhibit their project at their聽showcase event,聽, at the British Library.
LifeGuide is a聽unique set of software resources that allows people without programming skills to create interactive websites and apps to support health issues such as back pain, flu, high blood pressure and dizziness.
,聽Professor of Health Psychology, leads the LifeGuide research programme, which was among 11 impact case studies selected by聽the聽EPSRC. She said:
