听鈥 the team provides students with听free, independent, confidential advice and representation in a friendly, relaxed environment. The Advice Centre can be found on Level 3 of Building 40 (above The Stag’s)听on the Highfield Campus.

鈥 the listening service run by students, operates every evening in term time from 20:00-08:00.

听鈥 talk with fellow students in person about whatever is worrying you.

听鈥 the University service if you ever find yourself in a crisis.

鈥 available to听help all student residents between 18:00 and 08:00 every day of the week at all Halls of Residence sites.

The is also there to support听you.听The doors are open and the kettle on at the Chaplaincy building at 41a university road from 09:00-16:30 each day during the week.听 You can just drop in to relax, work or just get a cup of tea.

Also if you don鈥檛 fancy cooking through the exam period, the Chaplaincy听runs a pasta night each Monday evening from 19:00-20:30 and a soup lunch on a Thursday from 12:30.听It is also a good place to revise when the library is overflowing and you want to get some peace and quiet.听Finally and importantly you don鈥檛 have to be 鈥渞eligious鈥 to use the Chaplaincy. They are here for people of all faiths and none.

Lastly, there will be a number of workshops arranged by the听to help you cope with exam stress. These include:
