The Southampton Language Opportunity offers students the chance to learn a new language free of charge, alongside their degree.
During the final week of the Easter vacation, we will be running week-long intensive聽courses in聽German, Spanish, French, Italian,聽 Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Arabic. These will take place from聽11 鈥� 15 April 2016聽on Highfield Campus, and will comprise four hours learning per day from Monday to Friday.
The courses are all aimed at beginners. Each聽course comprises 20 hours of learning and classes will take place daily from聽10:00 鈥撀�16:00 (including a lunch break). Please note that Japanese class times will vary (you will be advised of this on application).
Places for these courses are limited so please ensure that you are able to commit the time and effort to the whole course, which is highly intensive, before you submit your application.
