The University is聽committed to reviewing levels of customer service across various student services and are seeking individuals to rate and evaluate them. We are working with Shopper Anonymous, a national mystery shopping company, to deliver this project.
A team of University students and staff are being recruited to conduct these visits over the next few months. They will be required to report on their findings and have a willingness to develop their own customer evaluation skills.
To become part of this team we are looking for current University staff or students who meet the following criteria:
- You need to be committed, objective and motivated to meet the deadlines that will be required of you
- You must have good reporting skills, an eye for detail and be able to write clear, concise narrative

No experience is necessary, all training and resources will be provided if you are selected. You will be paid for successfully completed visits.
