The University, in partnershipÌýwith our partner Nagoya University, will be promoting their Summer Intensive ProgramÌýon Thursday 27 October fromÌý12:00 –Ìý13:00Ìýin Senate Room (4049), Building 37,ÌýHighfield Campus.

StudentsÌýwho take part will joinÌýthe Nagoya University Summer Intensive Program (NUSIP) for six weeks, experiencing the full range of Japanese cultural life. Course-related excursions will provide students with theÌýopportunity to immerseÌýthemselvesÌýin another culture and engageÌýtheir intellectual curiosity,Ìýas well as learning about the latest findingsÌýof the Japanese automobile industry.
There are programme costs involved, and students are responsibleÌýfor theirÌýhousing, meals, local transportation, personal expenses, passport, visa applications, travel and medical insurance, asÌýwell asÌýall other general living expenses.
This opportunity is open to all of our current Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. The Study Abroad and Exchange Team will awardÌýthose students who take part in this programme with aÌý£500 Southampton Opportunity Scholarship.
