University Library UX Project update: chance to earn vouchers

The University Library has now launched the User Experience (UX) Study. By analysing the study’s findings, library聽staff hope to discover how and why Library spaces and services are used.

The work includes studies of physical spaces and usability testing of the Library online offer. Other academic libraries have used ethnographic and anthropological techniques to gather in-depth data about users, and the same will be done here at Southampton.
