Inspire change: take part in the next Student Forum

The University is dedicated to improving student experience and to do that, we need your help. It’s only with students’ feedback that we can create the best possible university experience for you.

You’re invited toÌýour first Student Forum of the year, which will be chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, on Monday 20 February from 15:00Ìýin Room 3001, Building 34, Highfield Campus.

.

New for the 2016-17 academic year, this is a chance for you and your fellow students to engage directly with senior University leaders on issues that are important to you.

The theme for ¹ó±ð²ú°ù³Ü²¹°ù²â’s forum will be assessment and feedback. However, students will be welcome to ask questions relating to any aspect of their university experience. Submit your questions before the event by emailing:Ìýstudentvoice@soton.ac.uk

Following the forum, there will be an opportunity for one-to-one discussion and feedback with the panel.

You will have a chance to pose questions directly to the following individuals:

•ÌýÌý ÌýProfessor Sir Christopher Snowden, Vice Chancellor and President
•ÌýÌý ÌýProfessor Alex Neill, Vice President, Education
•ÌýÌý ÌýNicky Passmore, Executive Director, Student Experience
•ÌýÌý ÌýElliott Grater, VP Education at the students’ union

Following the first forum in November 2016, changes have already been made in response to a number of ideas put forward by students. ¸£Àû×ÅƬ out about some examples by clicking .
