This year the Awards have聽been updated聽and aligned with the University’s Simply Better strategy. There are now聽12 named which emphasize the important components of our strategy. You’ll find them聽listed below:
Administrative and Operational Efficiency; Balanced Academic; Career Achievement; Collegiality; Early Career; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; International Engagement; Mentoring; Research Impact; Student Experience; Support and Service to the University; Teaching (via faculty nomination only).

To underline the importance of the event, the awards will be presented聽at an Oscar’s style gala dinner on the evening of聽Friday 13 October 2017 at St. Mary鈥檚 Stadium, Southampton. Shortlisted nominees will be invited.
The deadline for nominations has now been extended until聽17:00 on Friday 9 June 2017.
