Great Britain鈥檚 Red Bull Youth America鈥檚 Cup (RBYAC) entry, Land Rover BAR Academy, took to Bermuda鈥檚 Great Sound yesterday, winning two out of the three opening races.

Southampton student Annabel Vose and her teammates sit top of the leaderboard in Pool B with 27 points 鈥� two points ahead of Spanish Impluse team – going into today鈥檚 second, and final, day of the RBYAC Qualifiers.
The team sailed consistently well, with smooth boat handling, despite the light and fickle conditions. The races were competed on the 35th America鈥檚 Cup race course, and in the Land Rover BAR鈥檚 senior team鈥檚 Louis Vuitton America鈥檚 Cup World Series boat, the AC45F.
Qualifying continues today with a further three races to determine the final four of the six teams in Pool B to qualify into the RBYAC Finals, set to be held Tuesday 20聽and Wednesday 21聽June.
