Student startup joins California accelerator with $2m valuation

Three of our student entrepreneurs will expand their smart search startup () in California after joining the Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator with a $2m valuation.

Acoustical Engineering student Mauro Cozzi, Computer Science student Maciej Szpakowski and Geography graduate Przemek Zientala created Researchably, an AI-powered search engine that helps biomedical researchers find the most relevant information.

The team has completed a year in , the University’s on-campus startup accelerator,聽and has now moved聽to the San Francisco Bay Area with a $100,000 investment from a two million dollar valuation.
