We have had a good response rate to the Staff Engagement Survey after the first week with a 31% response so far.
Sir Christopher Snowden commented:
鈥淵our active participation in the Staff Engagement Survey really does help shape the future of the University. I personally read each of the comments from the last survey and used them to help inform the strategy we developed – as well as the action plans that followed on. Your views in this year鈥檚 survey will again help to shape the way forward.
The more of you that respond, the more representative it is going to be – we will then be able to refine and improve the way we do things. We also need to hear from all parts of the University 鈥� so please make sure your voice is heard. I look forward to reading your comments.鈥�
The survey is open until Wednesday 7 November and all staff are encouraged to help shape the future of the University by participating in the survey.
