Thursday 10 October 2019 is World Mental Health Day.
Providing an opportunity for everyone to reflect on their mental health, the World Health Organisation recognises this day each year with the aim to encourage people to talk more openly about mental health, as well as raise awareness of mental health issues around the world.
Health and Wellbeing is supporting the day by holding a at the Occupational Health building (31 University Road), Highfield Campus, on Thursday 10 October.
The event, , offers two time slots: either 12:00 – 13:00 or 13:00 – 14:00. Tea and Talk will promote self-help strategies through Wellbeing Action plans, as well as stress management toolkits and self-help techniques.
