Your health, your wellbeing: Solent Mind training

Health and Wellbeing, in partnership with Solent Mind, are offering bite-sized online training sessions on Sleep, Mindfulness and Building Resilience during these challenging times.

The sessions are aimed at staff and PGRs, are free to attend and run in April and May. In order to keep the sessions manageable, each one has a limit of 18 places. You can book your place via the Eventbrite links below.

Sleep – Thursday April 30: this session will help you understand sleep, why it’s important and explore some techniques and tips to help you sleep better. Please sign up through .

Mindfulness – Wednesday 6 May: in this session we’ll explore what mindfulness is and how it can help us. You’ll take away some simple mindfulness techniques that you can use each day. Please sign up through .

Building ResilienceWednesday 13 May: in this session we’ll look at building resilience to cope with stress and look at some practical ways we can all improve our resilience. Please sign up through .
