We鈥檝e partnered with the and signed up to (formerly Big White Wall), an online platform which provides a safe space for staff and students to self-manage their mental health and wellbeing.

For an explanation of Togetherall, watch this short video.
The launch of Togetherall coincides with Mind’s tomorrow, Saturday 10 October. The charity says that the months of lockdown and loss have had a huge impact on us all, and prioritising mental health has never been more important than it is now.
Togetherall works as a chat forum, is available 24/7 and is monitored by trained clinicians. Once you鈥檝e signed up, it鈥檚 a safe place online to get things off your chest, have conversations, express yourself creatively and learn how to manage your mental health.
Members of Togetherall are anonymous, so no one will know you鈥檙e using it, unless you tell them. Most members report feeling better and more able to cope as a result of using the service because it鈥檚 available around the clock.
