The Staff Wellbeing Working Group is keen to find out about your experiences of the pandemic; to use your feedback to influence how the University engages with the challenges that the pandemic continues to present to our working lives.

Nick says,
鈥淭he COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally affected all areas of life, causing a sea change in the way that we behave in all things. Work life has likewise changed, which provides a set of problems that each of us deals with differently.
“People have described their experiences as highly variable, ranging from worrying about staying at home and wanting to get back to the office, to the other extreme of significant anxieties about coming back to work.鈥
In this seminar we鈥檒l consider these anxieties and what they may say about how we think about the pandemic and our working practices under such circumstances. We鈥檒l also consider some of the things that we can do for ourselves and each other to maximise our wellbeing in such difficult circumstances.
We鈥檒l ensure that there is some time for questions after the discussion of these issues.
