Managing remotely workshops and resources

In response to the move to remote working last year, the Leadership and Development Team created a new Managing Remotely Workshop, which has evolved in line with feedback and changing challenges over the last 10 months. If you’ve asked yourself these questions, it could be for you:

  • How do you support team members to recognise and minimise negative conflict that can arise from balancing busy home lives and working days?
  • How can you remove barriers to communications?
  • How do you identify different personalities types and understand what motivates them as individuals?
  • When should you ask open questions, and when should you provide solutions?

The four-hour workshops provide line managers with a safe and mutually supportive space to share ideas, concerns and experiences, as well as a wealth of techniques and practical advice for managers.
