University Mental Health Day

Ìýis taking place tomorrow, onÌýThursday 4 March 2021. The day aims to bring together university communities across the country to make mental health a priority.ÌýUniversity Mental Health Day is run jointly byÌýÌýand theÌý.

This year,Ìýthere’s two ways you get can get involved to support your wellbeing on University Mental Health Day:

  • Attend theÌýSport and WellbeingÌývirtual meditation session:ÌýBe ActiveÌýaims to support you physically and mentally; in this session they will be guiding you through breathing and stretching exercises.
  • JoinÌýEnabling Services forÌýA check in with our busy minds:Ìýan opportunity for students to connect with each other for an informal chat about wellbeing and ways we can boost our wellbeing in difficult times.

If you’re worried or are struggling with something, it can help to talk to someone about what you are going through.Ìý¸£Àû×ÅÆ¬ out who you can talk toÌýif you need some support with your mental health and wellbeing.
