As we move into a new academic year there are opportunities to continue to develop your interpersonal skills via the Leadership and Management virtual Bitesize and听Line Manager workshops. We have dates available through to the end of 2021 and our workshops are scheduled at various times of the day offering flexibility around your other diary commitments.听听
The one-hour Bitesize workshops available to all staff are:听Working with Change, Successful Communication, Personal Leadership and Optimising Your Time.听
The two-hour Line Manager workshops are:听Managing Remotely, Enabling Change, Maximising Contribution, Managing Underperformance and Appraising with Confidence.听
