Our new Staff Engagement Pulse Survey has launched today, and is open until 29 April.
The new survey, administered by People Insight, is our first step towards building staff engagement 聽and will help us understand how colleagues are feeling about working for the University.
The more data we can collect through these new Pulse surveys, the better informed our decision making will be, so please do take 10 minutes to submit your responses. You will have received an email from People Insight with the link to the survey this morning, please do check your ‘focused’ and ‘other’ inbox folders.
All responses are completely anonymous and confidential and the University will only receive feedback where the number of responses in any group is 10 or more. Results will made available University wide by the end of May 2022.

The survey has also been approved through the University鈥檚 Ethics process. The AREQA ethics approval number for the staff engagement survey is: 2022/269.
