If you are between 18 and 30 years old and have had two doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, but have not had a booster yet, you are invited to sign up for a vaccine trial conducted by Southampton researchers.
The is testing lower doses of different COVID-19 vaccines for giving a third dose in young adults aged 18-30. As previous vaccine studies indicate, lower doses of Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines might give young adults an immune response that is just as good as the one given by higher doses. Using lower doses for boosters would also mean improving global vaccine distribution.听听
