We鈥檙e looking for friendly, enthusiastic Student Ambassadors to work at our upcoming Open Days. These vibrant events are a chance for prospective students and their families to look around the University to help them decide whether they want to join our Southampton community.
Your role
Student Ambassadors play an important part on the day, the role may include:听
- Directing visitors听
- Answering visitor questions听
- Assisting in exhibition areas
- Giving tours听
- Registering prospective students and:听
- Showcasing halls of residence.听听
It鈥檚 a brilliant opportunity to share your love of the University, while gaining experience and skills that future employers are looking for.听
Upcoming Open Day dates and venues:听
- Saturday 18 June: Winchester School of Art only听
- Saturday 2 July: Southampton campuses听
- Sunday 3 July: Southampton campuses听
- Saturday 10 September: Southampton campuses听
- Saturday 8 October: All campuses听
- Sunday 9 October: Southampton campuses听
- Wednesday 26 October: Winchester School of Art only
- Saturday 19 November: Winchester School of Art only

You will be paid 拢9.18 per hour (plus holiday pay) if you are under 23yrs, or 拢9.50 per hour (plus holiday pay) if you are over 23yrs, and:
- You can work just one day or all days if you are available听
- You need to be available to work all day – we will contact you to confirm shift times
- You will need to attend a training session
