The appraisal conversation window for all staff at Level 4-6 will be closing on 31 May 2022.
Appraisers and appraisees are responsible for completing and recording the appraisal on time.
If you have not done so already, please hold your appraisal discussions and record the outcomes on the online appraisal form dated 1 January 2021鈥痶辞鈥�31 December 2021, in before the end of May 2022.鈥�
Moderation will not take place in this year’s appraisal round.
