(UMHD) falls on Thursday 9 March this year – a day for university communities nationwide to come together to make mental health a priority and facilitate continued change for the future of student mental health.

There are lots of activities for you on the day to help you relax and unwind. Check out the highlights below:Ìý
- Five-minute massage: Winchester School of Art Café, 12:00-15:00
Take a break from studying and drop in for a free, five-minute seated head, neck, or shoulder stress massage, from a professional massage therapist. - Wellbeing pop-up café: Winchester School of Art Café, 12:00-14:00
The Student Hub wellbeing team will be at the café with mindfulness and wellbeing activities, as well as some freebies to give away. Come along for a free hot drink and a chat. - Jigsaw swap: Hartley Library, 12:00-16:00
There will be a joint jigsaw activity with free chocolates in The Hartley library foyer. You can also bring old jigsaws to swap or donate. - UMHD Fair: Faith and Reflection Centre, 13:00-16:00
With activities including a positive postcard pop up, free arts and crafts, smoothie bikes and more – plus free tea, coffee and cake. There will also be a stand where you can find out more about the : connect, be active, take notice, learn and give. - Therapy dogs: Wellbeing Centre, 14:00-16:00
Pets as Therapy will join us in the Wellbeing Centre, along with dogs Rodger and Claire! - Arts and crafts: Mayflower Halls, Learning Centre, 19:00-21:00
Join other creative minded students for a mindful arts and crafts night. Craft kits will be provided free. Try tote-bag decorating, mug painting, or bring your own projects to work on.Ìý
