For most of us that don’t live in some of ‘green zealot ‘ lala land. Despite the neccesity of driving to work, it is clear that cars produce no toxic emissions whilst parked on site all day long. So why are we being penalised for this and this adds to effectively being charged to work here. For drivers this results in nothing more than a pay cut. A guess would be these charges go cap in hand with the council who won’t object to new University buildings disgracing the landscape. Of course, I could be wrong.
