Where to study – semester two 2023

Here is a reminder of some study spots and spaces on campus available to you this semester.

Campus libraries

Our four campus libraries are open to all students including Hartley Library open 24 hours a day. View including the upcoming bank holiday opening hours. Remember, you can ask library staff if you need any help during your visit or use the .Ìý

Centenary Building (Building 100)

From Sunday 30 April to Monday 29 May between 10:30-18:00, Building 100 on Highfield Campus will be open on Sundays and the upcoming bank holiday Mondays (1, 8 and 29 May).

Building 100 will continue to be open throughout the week (Monday-Friday, 08:00-20:00) until the end of June.

Other buildings open for study

Study spaces in the following buildings will also be available throughout May:

  • Avenue Campus – Parkes Building 65 – First FloorÌý
  • Boldrewood Campus – Building 177 – Room 2021 – 8:00-18:00, Monday-FridayÌý
  • Boldrewood Campus – Building 178 – Room 2001 – 8:00-18:00, Monday-FridayÌý

Other spacesÌý

  • The Student Hub hangout space
    The Student Hub has a comfy hangout area with cushions and relaxing surroundings – an alternative space open to you throughout the year.Ìý
  • SUSU
    The including Below Deck (with an outdoor courtyard space you can hang out in) and The Bridge where you can study or relax.Ìý
