The School of Humanities invites you to join Professor Laura Dominguez, Head of Department Languages, Cultures and Linguistics, for her inaugural lecture discussing 鈥淟inguistic theory as a tool to understand bilingualism: what have we learnt in the last 25 years?鈥�听The lecture will be held on Friday 12 May, 18:00 at Avenue Campus and online.听
There will be a reception after the talk for those joining in person.听This lecture is open to University of Southampton students, staff, and members of the public.听

Professor Laura Dominguez is Head of Department of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics in the School of Humanities, University of Southampton. Her research interests include formal second language acquisition, bi/multilingualism and native language attrition.听
