Mental Health Awareness Week 2023: take a break with free activitiesÌýÌý

With the main exam and assessment period starting soon for many, Mental Health Awareness Week (15-21 May) is a chance toÌýtake a break, unwind, and put your wellbeing first.

From free tacos and ice cream to goat yoga, crafts, and guided mindfulness and relaxation sessions, the week brings together a range of free eventsÌýdesigned to help you recharge, and ultimately improve your focus while studying.

Fitness meet and greet
Have a free chat with a fitness ambassador from Southampton Sport and learn how physical wellbeing can support your mental wellbeing. Grab a free hot drink together and ask questions about health and fitness while thinking about your goals, and ways you can start working towards them.

Drop in throughout the week (Monday 15 May-Sunday 21 May), between 08:00–17:00 on the hour, at the Jubilee Sports Centre.
