Monday 15– Friday 19 May is ‘Learning at Work’ week

This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with some of the learning & development tools offered to all staff by the . There is something for everyone – whether you are looking for new ways to focus on your personal development; opportunities to develop your management skills; or you are seeking ways to share your learning and experience with others – you will find a resource that suits you.

Online Resources - a wide array of useful resources to enhance your personal development. Bitesizeworkshops - 5 Bitesize workshops, including successful Communication and Working with Change. Line Manager Development Programme - 4 modules available to all managers with a focus on learning and using the SL11 model. Manager Workshops - 5 workshops, including Appraising with confidence and recruitment.

Highlights from our selection of workshops & resources include:

    • which provides access to 10 different modules on blackboard, covering topics such as time management, communication skills, and problem solving.
    • which contains hundreds of online learning resources, including podcasts, videos and articles on topics such as communication, planning, inclusion, and resilience and wellbeing.
    • Ahead of the appraisal conversation window opening on 1st June 2023, a range of training is available to support both appraisees and appraisers including how to prepare for a meaningful appraisal conversation.
