• People want to quickly see who is using specific meeting rooms across a week to see when resource availability is good, allowing them to plan best days to come into the office.Ìý

iSolutions and the FWoW team have created demonstrating how you can set up Outlook to quickly view desk and meeting rooms bookings across an area.Ìý

Longer term solutionÌý

We know that there is an appetite for a university-wide booking solution that encompasses other areas and includes integration with mapping software. The FWoW Team have gathered requirements for this so the University can revisit in the future.Ìý
