What is Mobility as a Service (MaaS)? Mobility as a Service aims to be the future of transportation, bringing together various modes of travel into one seamless, accessible, and user-friendly system. Here in the Solent region (south central England) a new MaaS app is being rolled out with support from the Department for Transport. At the University of Southampton, we have been exploring how best to design that app.

Why Participate in Our Survey? By participating in our survey, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the MaaS app by helping us to understand your preferences, concerns, and expectations. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation services and the design of the system.

Who Can Participate? We’re looking for a diverse group of adult participants (i.e., 18 or over) of all backgrounds who have experiences, thoughts, and ideas about transportation. Whether you’re a daily commuter, a weekend explorer, or someone passionate about sustainable transportation, your perspective matters.

What’s in It for You? As a token of our appreciation, participants will be entered into a prize draw for one of five £100 vouchers. Plus, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’re making a positive impact on the future of transportation.

How to Participate? Participating is easy, simply click the following link to access the survey. It takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and your input will be invaluable in shaping the future of Mobility as a Service:
