Our workplace stress training sessions have been popular, so we have added additional dates to sign up for workplace stress awareness and workplace stress risk assessment training.

74% of UK adults have felt so stressed at some point over the last year that they felt overwhelmed or unable to cope. If we experience stress often, with little to no rest from it, it can lead to or worsen many physical and mental health conditions, but we can do something about it.
It’s vitally important that we manage the causes of workplace stress and that line managers can complete a risk assessment. Led by Wellbeing Officer Katie Coultas, this course has been designed to provide staff with an understanding of what to consider and a walkthrough of how to complete a risk assessment.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Know what workplace stress is and the consequences it brings.
- Identify actions that will reduce the risk or manage existing workplace stress.
- Identify ways to reduce stress and build up personal resilience
- Know what support is available for you and your team.
