Celebrate the 300th聽anniversary of Bach鈥檚 St John Passion, which was first performed 300 years ago on Good Friday 1724. Bach Winchester Voices will perform a haunting and dramatic musical depiction of the Passion of Christ, as told in the Gospel of John, in the beautiful setting of Winchester College Chapel. Pre-performance drinks will be served at 18:00 before the event begins at 19:00. Funds raised from the event will support vital research into blinding eye diseases at the University of Southampton.
