Small group careers coaching – commencing on Monday 22 April听听
This 3-session coaching programme has been designed to help researchers develop well-informed, realistic career plans by using strategies which support self-awareness, skills analysis and goal setting.
Researcher鈥檚 Careers Day 鈥� Thursday 2 May听
Careers consultants will be joined by University of Southampton alumni and academics for panel discussions designed to inspire researchers and provide them with information about different job opportunities both within academia and industry.

Introducing Prosper, the postdoc career development tool听
Prosper is a new online tool that unlocks postdocs’ potential to thrive in multiple career pathways. The Prosper Portal is free to use and provides useful tools, including a career development navigator and self-coaching resources. You can explore without logging in but will need to register for a free account for full functionality.听
