Thursday 6 February is Time to Talk Day and as part of their , the staff wellbeing team are creating opportunities for staff to connect with one another.

Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. It’s a day for friends, families, communities and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives and is run by Ìý²¹²Ô»åÌý.
By talking openly about mental health, we can continue to reduce the stigma around the topic and make colleagues feel comfortable about sharing when they’re struggling. To learn more about the mental health sessions available to staff, .
