Be Active

With a free weekly programme of beginner-friendly sessions ranging from run clubsÌýto yoga and fitness classes, badminton, pickleball, and climbing,Ìýthe Be Active programme can help you discover your newÌýfavouriteÌýwellbeing boost. The sessionsÌýdon’tÌýrequire any membership or commitment and are run by Student Ambassadors. AllÌýequipmentÌýyou need is provided.ÌýÌý

Moves+ appÌýÌý

A free app for UoS students, Moves+ turns your everyday activity into rewards by tracking walking, running, cycling, and swimming and transforming them into points. Even something as simple as a walk to your next lecture can add to your points balance. Taking part in challenges can also boost your balance and help you get to your next reward faster – this November, there are various challenges to get involved in, such as a Movember 5k challenge, helping to recognise Men’s Mental Health Month.ÌýÌý

Available rewards include free hot drinks at University Campus Kitchen outlets,Ìýbranded UniversityÌýof Southampton water bottles,Ìýand more.ÌýÌý
