Quaker Faith Advisor

Ruth is at the FRC on Mondays and runs two Quiet Time sessions on a Monday alongside Quaker volunteers. A teacher of English as a Foreign Languae and ESOL, Ruth really enjoys getting to know international students.

Gareth's focus is on using the resources available in Buddhism to bring about greater wellbeing and insight. He explores meditation in both Buddhist and secular contexts. Gareth supports English in Conversation on a Friday and is running the Centre's new Mindful Movement and Meditation sessions.
